  1. The 4 on my left were all scousers 2 everton and 2 'pool god knows why they were there. Thought there were some arseholes there today who Ihave never seen home or away, if 2 of them had got chucked out it would have been the icing on the cake!!
  2. lots of space at the back of the NSM - maybe the last 4 rows and plenty of other gaps.
  3. and all the very best from me to you all as well. Particularly looking forward to this one as my daughter is mascot on Boxing Day, Come on you blues!!
  4. Looks like the manager has been hitting the sour grapes juice as well. 2 or 3 chances, BBC says 9 shots on target, and it was the ref's fault they lost. http://www.southendunited.premiumtv.co.uk/...1197087,00.html can't get it to link properly or copy, sorry, Oh I have done !!
  5. Hi Diego I rang the club but they dont issue them they come directly fron Clubcard however i have got it sorted Thanks
  6. Thanks diego. From reading it it appears that I don't actually have to apply for it but that as I'm a ST holder it will just appear is this correct? Can anybody tell me why some people have got theirs already and some haven't especially when I'm going buying 2 kids shirts tomorrow from the shop! Bet mine comes on Friday!
  7. must have missed this so at the risk of seeming ignorant what is the 'team card'? Is it a credit card or a loyalty card type of thing and what are the points worth?
  8. Polish tom is playing regularly in Wigins reserves. I'd have him back anytime. If Shez is looking for a young striker to blood at this level City have a bag full. Evans , Moore and Marshall are all handy I believe.
  9. I am. my £2 on him to be top league scorer at 66/1 would be looking a lot better with those 2 pens added to it. Don't think he's going to get another chance to take one now either.
  10. really impressive that. Donny are good no doubt. we had a weakened side and won from behind for the 3rd time this season. Woooo!! Well done boys. Now for the rest of you - lets be patient at home on Saturday and get behind em not at 'em!
  11. Funnily enough we got a similar mention in the Observer yesterday . The first mention 've had since .............oh let me see when. Yes that's it Hartlepool away. Now what happened then i wonder. They also mentioned yesterday that it was our first win in 11 games which was nice of them. Not as good as the Radio 5 reporter at Cheltenham yesterday who reported Leeds one nil up thro' Beckford after 75mins and then Chelts equaliser with 4 minutes to go. He then had to start his end of match report with an apology.
  12. Hi Tony After I'd written my comment I decided to have a quick butchers' and noticed Dorset in your list! Can't expect me to be too attentive when we have won 3 nil away! Well done for going, i'm always dead chuffed for the team when they get a following in the godforsaken parts of the country. Unfortunately re: the pen it doen't help my 2 quid at 66/1 on davies being top scorer in the division.
  13. Just got back? I take it you either don't live in Oldham or own a rocket! Were they that good or are Bormnemouth pretty desperate? Having said that some of our better performances have been away. I thought Walsall were pants but they haven't looked back since we stuffed them so credit where credit is due to the lads. 3-0 away is good no matter who you are playing, I was talking to a Baggies mate of mine last week who was asking how Lee was doing. I think the Baggies fans still have a soft spot for him. He knows Lee's wifes side of the family who he described as a proper set of folk who were devastated by what happened. I think Lee has done well to keep his head down and is progressing to what he may be fully capable of. If he can we will have an awesome front 2. Did he and Davies have a spat over the pen?
  14. Well done! We'll come round with the buckets when they give you the sack! I've got a Gills and a Darlo fan on there now, working on the Baggie, the Shaker (who's asked me if I'm interested in Wembley tickets) and the Geordie.
  15. WOW! I've never had so much entertainment as the last half hour looking at some of the petitions. The ones that have only got 1 signature are the best. How can you launch a petition without having anyone to sign it? There are some funny ones, loopy ones and some very sad ones. Some of the people can't even write properly. The 16 year old home schooled girl who wants people to be allowed into college without passing GCSEs just makes me weep. There are 2 about Leeds 15 point penalty, one to decrease and one to increase it! Go on you know it makes sense!
  16. It's late, you are excused and we are subjected to a lot of crap out there!!! duh duh dhuh Alan Greeeeeeeen!!!!!
  17. Never thought I would see this!!! 'He gambled his position and England's participation on two huge selections and dropping Robinson and Beckham proved catastrophic.' The BBC don't you just love 'em!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  18. how can you say that? You're not listening to the right people mate. They are both world class players , part of the golden generation! Get a grip!!
  19. Absolutely brilliant! the press got what they wanted! sack Sven 'cos we haven't won the world cup by at least 3 goals(in successive years) give us an English manager Lets have someome whoes won something (not like Sven) MClaren!!! ( no he Hasn't) have some continuity to the next boss no passion unlike the Scots! ( they lost too) Drop robinson! pick Carson ( oh f**k) Drop Beckham, pick Beckham drop Beckham.... Joly Lescott is class.. England were crap apart from my lad (Ian Wright ).. who isn't my lad really Play Barry... Barry is crap! Sack McLown!!!!!!! Sign O'Neill Lets have someome whoes won something (not like Sven) Who gives a stuff I can write/ speak crap and I still get paid good money!! Long live Alan Green and Chris (Pelanty) Twaddle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  20. Brilliant. Every good protest march has a coffin and a wreath. Anyone know where we can get a New Orleans jazz band from? What are the inspirals doing?
  21. I'm not sure the Chron's coverage is as supportive as a few correspondents have said on here. It is reportage rather that an analysis of the 2 sides to the argument. The editorial apart form being factually incorrect, are we aurprised?, is at least not anti the club and whilst not nailing the colours to the mast they do seem to be looking for a hammer. I am suprise at the large amount of coverage and that must be good but i will wait and see what happens next week. In my original e-mail I mentioned a front page article in the chron on Monday. Lo and behold today we have the opposite sides view. Let's see what happens on Monday or tuesday, a double page spread of resident's views i would wager. But you can' t ride two horses for very long .
  22. I don't think it's us they are intending to make sweat. If they come out and say they are staying no matter what then the council will breathe a huge sigh of relief. If they sit tight and say nothing the councillors will have to starting facing up to the fact that they may be the people who brought the club to it's knees. i think that our powder is being kept in a very dry place somwhere and i trust TTA's to know when to get it out. And by the way sometimes I can spend ages deciding what to have for my tea (although here in Saddleworth it is supper)
