Wouldn't mind seeing Fondop start. People can say he's better as a sub all they want, but he does more in the time he comes on than Nuttall does all game. I'm guessing DU will start Sambou and Nuttall though. Come on Latics.

The standard of football in this league is absolutely awful. A good win that. Wasn't pretty though. What a goal by Reid. That's what happens when you run at defenders with intent.

I don't know how people are saying this isn't a must win/important game. I think it is. We drew the game against Gateshead. That felt like a loss to me, considering we were 2-0 up. Also take into consideration our position in the league. Take into considering the opposition we're playing today. We need to win this one.

Listen, earlier this season, I know Sheridan was absolutely awful and it was time for him to step aside. Have we got better since then though? I don't understand what kind of football Unsworth wants us to play, but today was just lump it up to Nuttall and Fondop and hope for the best. We don't win the second balls and we have nobody to hold and distribute it in midfield. We've got no flair behind the strikers or on the flanks. I haven't been impressed with Tollitt for most of the season either. I still think we need a Right Back, a Midfielder who can hold and distribute, and a flair winger. Now Fondop is out for three games, let's see Reid/Abraham. I'm sick of turning up before games with that depressing feeling knowing that we're more than likely going to be shit. There's no signs or indication that we're heading in the right direction. Get someone else in and let's try some new ideas to get us out of another relegation battle.

I think York should have had a penalty. It looked like handball from the RRE. We looked alright last night. Not brilliant though. York looked very poor and offered nothing going forward. Felt good coming out of the ground last night. You could feel the positive vibes. Long may it continue. Keep winning and the attendance will creep back up a bit.

At our home games this season, it has only got a bit toxic after the games. The Barnet game comes to mind. Through the game, we're always trying to sing positively. However, there's definitely a sense of deflation around the Athleticos block. Fair play to Ryan and Cameron for doing their best to keep it going.

You do realise he has signed a fair few players within that squad? He hasn't kept the squad Sheridan had. We got rid of Sheridan because he wasn't meeting expectations. You don't bring someone else in to do as badly/worse as the previous manager.
