  1. Just driving back from Walsall after a few drinks with mates.......plenty of positives from today and whilst bored I've had a read of other clubs forums.......if I was to say the complaints were a) too many central midfielders B) players playing out of position and c) too many excuses in defeat who do you think I am talking about?

They've started a thread called gonebycrimbo already

  2. For me it wouldnt harm the situation if the chairman spoke to the press this week to clear up all these lingering rumours, which in the long run will benefit nobody. It may also be an opportunity to quell all rumours and dispell fears over the opening of the new stand, Simon is in town so lets put this to bed before it ruins another season.

Nooooooooo not the dreaded vote of confidence

  3. 70% of what comes out of any football manager's mouth can be discounted as backside covering platitudes. Another 10% is calculated to get a response from the board/players/fans/whoever, 10% pure bull and the final 10% is worth listening to.

What about the remaining 10%? In football it's always about giving 110%

  4. He tied up 2 opposition players in every game he played, thing is I'm not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing at our level, We didn't seem to exploit the space that should have created.........verdict I'm not sure how I feel about him going but I would be happy for him to stay!

  5. Taken from the BBC ethics in sport

There are several types of drug that an athlete can use to enhance his or her performance.

Some of these drugs are banned by law and some are legally available on prescription, but they are all prohibited by sporting regulations. (When we use the word 'illegal', we mean it in this sense.)

    Stimulants:

Drugs that boost bodily functions, including heart rate and brain activity.

    Examples:cocaine

I am no expert and I have never taken it but I'd say ecstasy would be classed as a stimulant wouldn't it?

From what I know of it .........It might help his goal celebration 'love ins' more :)

I'd have him back in a heartbeat and I think cheat is the wrong word................unless it is used in a sense that he his cheating himself out of the achievements is sublime talents should bring!

I think the size of your dossier is the new extension of your penis, instead of the car you drive. Johnson must have a little one! 100 day plan ha!

Lee 'Tel' Johnson will be getting document envy lol .............When we play 'massive club' Barnsley in the coming season, 'Tel' will no doubt be stood on a 1000 page plan (incorporating job applications)

The petition reashed 4& half thousand as well ... smashing!

Thank you and good luck to county too getting back where you belong

  8. The difference between Poleon and Croft is that, whilst Poleon has pace to burn, he's a bit of a headless chicken. He doesn't pick the pass or cross that Croft will because he doesn't get his head up. If Crofty can stay fit and at the right weight, he'll bang it on to the head of a big lump of a CF all day long. Hows about Forte on the left, Crofty on the right and Poleon plus big lump down the middle? Just a thought.

Turner looks good in the air, terrific leap on him for his height.
