1.82 miles just kicked my butt. I know not a lot but my first day back in over two years. The program basically tells you what to do. Today (and all week, I think) it's RUN 60 seconds then walk 90 seconds for 20 minutes. It increases every week. Two years ago I got up to 3.5k until I hurt my Achilles .
