  1. To be fair- He did have COG to contend with- hardly known for his electric pace.
  2. Your implying it’s normal or it’s justified. Hence it’s not difficult. I would argue its the opposite and not easy to understand. Its completly unnecessary and unprofessional. It’s a private matter. He sounds very bitter. He should let his results do the talking.
  3. Nice to see us negoitate. Instead of taking anything.
  4. If he’s owed money. Fair enough. But why bring that up with a new employer? Why would the Swindon fans be interested in his contract with another club? Baffling.
  5. I don’t think he thought ‘I know, I’ll slash the wage bill, and we’ll defintley do better with inferior players’ He obviously hasn’t got the means to keep that level of expenditure up. Added to that, maybe he realised that he wasn’t getting value for money on the #frenchlads, and he was paying a lot players good money to never play. Im not advocating a lower budget, But I understand it.
  6. And all were replaced and some. Hardly saving or shedding the wage bill is it. In fact it was added to. Your talking nonsense. I accept all of the squad weren’t Wellens signings. But it’s completley baseless to argue AL didn’t substantially invest. Just look at the squad size.
  7. I’m with you Rosa. I tend to set myself up for misery. Then anything else is a bonus.
  8. 2.8 Million divided by 52 is roughly a wage bill of 54k a week. Seeing as though we had a squad of 30 plus including the likes of mieng and Doyle it’s not hard to believe.
  9. When you consider we had a budget of 2.8 million and he signed six of his OWN players all Ritchie could do was moan he couldn't get Matt Mills in . . I’d say demanding was an understatement. He can’t work to a budget. When it goes wrong his answer is to go to championship for players the club can’t afford. They moan we have no ambition, then come out with- we need more quality- which is another way of saying I can’t improve players. Thanks for the memories. .
  10. I’ve never ever had a problem with an ex girlfriend moving on. .
  11. Are they not playing for each other by coming back from losing positions? Agreed, we need to start better.
  12. Who cares Rob, all that matters is the result. We’ve seen so many pretty 1 nil defeats over the years. As as bad as our starts tend to be, we have shown a lot character this season. It’s good to see.
  13. One for the satto’s How many points how we won from losing positions? Can’t fault the character.
