oafc_ok
Don't have an Ipod but am trying to organise a regular sixties club night in Derby. The first five on the playlist have got to be: 1. I Can Only Give You Everything - Them 2. Five Years Ahead Of My Time - Third Bardo 3. Out of Our Tree - The Wailers 4. Hate - The Stoics 5. Nobody Spoil My Fun - The Seeds We'll be playing more obvious Motown, Beatles, Stones, Kinks etc as well but those five are well worth hunting down. Always found them a slight let down on record though. that's one of them things that gets em crawling out of the woodwork Mark! I bought The Sophtware Slump and was pretty disappointed - not really been played much in the last eleventeen years! I also bought the first Tortoise album at the same time - and also "I'd a shot you in the head if I thought we'd end up living in a dump like this" or something like that but who it was eludes me. Anyway - all very worthy but disappointing.
