Matt Posted July 23, 2008 Share Posted July 23, 2008 Client side issue. Possible causes Java Runtime Environment is not installed, or JRE is not running on your computer. Install or reinstall JRE, enable JRE through the Control Panel, enable Java in your Web Browser, and if needed configure proxy settings for JRE. Make sure these are covered then try again.
