Diego_Sideburns
Two games into the season, two wins and each preceded by a minute's applause. Tomorrow we go for the hattrick at Leeds. http://www.oldhamathletic.premiumtv.co.uk/...1367518,00.html

leeslover
I'm sure I won't be the only one there who is in complete opposition to the war the guys there are fighting, but it won't for a second stop me joining in the tribute to the courage of those that are doing the fighting and their loss. footy68
A lot of the lads out there don't agree, it is their orders that send them. Not many jobs send you to prison for doing what you think is right eh?

Not many jobs send you to prison for doing what you think is right eh? Pretty much my point Martin. The politics of it all doesn't change the human tragedy for the families of those that are lost. tony4938
It is frustrating, but like footy said, we just do what we are told, because that is the career we chose. It just makes it worse when just like Sig Bland, they volunteer to stay out there longer due to manning shortfalls. But despite all this most of us love what we do, and i don't plan on giving in until they throw me out!! LOL
Lags
Braver men than me...................... End off. I've been put to shame I can type these words.
tony4938
After 3 games with 'applause', i've decided i prefer the 'silence' option.
Rick
After 3 games with 'applause', i've decided i prefer the 'silence' option. 3 games preceeded by a minutes applause = 3 consecutive wins Lets have a minutes applause for Ernie before every game this season
spadam
Am sure the family's are upset and everything but the press say another person as though it a big thing but they are at war ffs.
Diego_Sideburns
I thought our inclusion of a few Ernie Chants within the minute's applause was just enough without showing any disrespect to the deceased Leeds fans.
