BP1960
Yes, Barry Prenderville was one. Anyone know another? According to this this website Prenderville was signed from St Patricks. (Plenty of names on there to stir the memory, I wonder how Lourenco Da Silva is doing ?) Ex Latics players Edited September 1, 2008 by BP1960

Prenderville went to Shamrock Rovers from Latics via Shelbourne. It also reminds me of: Hi ho Da Silva scoring Everywhere we play And maybe we're gonna win promtion And then we'll make a fuss 'Cos it's overdue. RoytonBlueLad
Google search shows Lourenco to be playing for Panionios F.C. who finished 5th in the Greek top league last season. Go on Jimmy

Diego_Sideburns
Probably about as long as Demar Phillips.. Not as long as Diego Cervero was here.
Diego_Sideburns
My Shamrock Rovers contact says: Richie is from fairly near where I live and I believe an OK bloke. He started at Rovers and was very impressive at left-back. He seemed to do well in Scotland where he played well for Dunfermline and Aberdeen but was out a fair bit with injuries especially at the latter club. It's a while since he played for Hoops so I don't know about his form of late. He's a good player but I'd check his recent injury/appearance before I'd sign him. Richie still keeps in touch with the Hoops and attended a game earlier in the season where he sponsored the match ball. That's the type of person he is.
