Matt Posted September 6, 2008 Share Posted September 6, 2008 Clearing the browser cache can sort out 99% of all internet troubles... 1. If Explorer is used, go to Tools=> Internet Options => General => clear browsing history. In Firefox, you should be able to do this by Tools=>Clear Private Data=> and checking cache. Try to see if this fixes your problem first before moving onto the next step. 2. At the bottom of the OWTB forums there is a link - it is called "Delete All Cookies Set By This Board". Click on this link. Close your browser fully, DO NOT MINIMISE. Run your browser again and goto: http://www.owtb.co.uk/index.php?act=idx Login as usual. Again, try to see if this fixes your problem.
