pukka
Its the FA cup 1st round draw on saturday. The league is number one priority, but the FA cup is special, as proven last year and for the money I'd like us to get to at least round 3 to face a premiership team. Along with the league clubs. Here's the final qualifying round fixtures. A home fixture for me. Vs AFC Wimbledon or an away day at Curzon Ashton. Frankly Mr Shankly
It'd be really lovely to get Curzon Ashton or Droylsden away, but would a tie like this be likely to be switched to BP? Both grounds hold about 3,000 to 4,000 and we'd easily take that much to either club if enough tickets were available. It'd be proper interesting to see what those clubs would do with such a local tie.

leeslover
Wimbledon or Sutton away Hang on – I’m not going anyway, so it’s a bit on the greedy side asking for it to be near my house. As you were.

OldhamSheridan
I'd generally go with Durham City, but we won't be allowed to play at their ground anyway (plastic pitch), so it would either be switched to Billingham or somewhere like Hartlepool and could well therefore be a Friday/Sunday game (and not on the telly). Blyth would create some family fun.
jsslatic
Anything but another trip to Kettering. In all honesty, any non-league club at home. Failing that, a trip to Notts County...with two away trips in the following two weeks, it's going to be an expensive couple of weeks as it is. They recently beat Stalybridge 6-1 away in qualifying so it could well be a tough game if we got them.

Lags
Am I correct in thinking you cannot no longer just switch the game to be played at the home of the drawn away side?
fleetwood Blue
I would love it if we were drawn away against fleetwood town, fleetwood would probably make quite a bit of cash from the game and i could arrange a boozer for all of us to have a good laugh and meet up with everybody before the game. One problem, they still have to beat nantwich

singe
None of the teams I follow closely are in it!! Closest to me would be Maidstone United away. Although it is in Sittingbourne and the wrong side of Kent... crawley Town as I used to work near there, but that is a big banana skin, so no to that. Horsham would be OK, we have friends there!
