I'm going to add to this, "Why are we so poor at throw-ins?" Everytime we get one the players just standaround about 10 yards from the throw-in taker and wiat to get marked, no movement, nothing. The thrower eventually launches it usually on to the head of a defender.

A couple of hours a week is all it would take to come up with a few routines for creating space and starting an attack off from a throw-in. Or perhaps it is more difficult than that?

Then surely just a few more hours a week could be spent coming up with routines to create space and start attacks from open play? Or perhaps it's a little more difficult than that?
