Diego_Sideburns
Thanks to the never read Citizen: DAVID Dunn had a 45-minute run-out as Blackburn Rovers’ reserve team claimed a 3-0 win against Oldham Athletic this afternoon. Dunn, who was making his return from a hamstring injury sustained at Sunderland on Boxing Day, completed the first half as Rovers progressed to the second round of the Lancashire Senior Cup with victory at their Brockhall training ground. Nick Blackman, signed from Macclesfield Town earlier this week, scored a second-half goal after Jamie Clarke - back at Rovers following a loan spell with Accrington Stanley - had opened the scoring in the first half. Aaron Doran then added a late third from the penalty spot for Rovers, who also included Australian midfielder Rostyn Griffiths in their side after his return from a loan with Accrington. No mention of Latics trialists at lef-back and in goal. OS report awaited.

The only Greg Traynor on Soccerbase has played 1 LEague Cup game for Wigan in 2001, so doubt it his him. No one by the name of Heys, sure about those spellings? Nothing for Trainor Nothing for Heyes And no GK called Hayes

Jack Traynor Very clutching at straws and very little info... but hey, beats work

Diego_Sideburns
The rarely wrong Chron says Latics will be extending the trial of the keeper but won’t be pursuing their interest in the defender.
