singe
Given the nature of the match and the importance to completely re build morale, what song shpuld we come out to on Saturday as a one off special? My thanks to others for the inspiration for the post, and I can't wait for diego's post about democratically chosen one. So specially for our defence Cover Me by Bruce Springsteen ! The times are tough now, just getting tougher This old world is rough, it's just getting rougher Cover me, come on baby, cover me Well I'm looking for a lover who will come on in and cover me Promise me baby you won't let them find us Hold me in your arms, let's let our love blind us Cover me, shut the door and cover me Well I'm looking for a lover who will come on in and cover me [ Find more Lyrics at www.mp3lyrics.org/yFZ ] Outside's the rain, the driving snow I can hear the wild wind blowing Turn out the light, bolt the door I ain't going out there no more This whole world is out there just trying to score I've seen enough I don't want to see any more, Cover me, come on and cover me I'm looking for a lover who will come on in and cover me But maybe more appropritately. Walk on by by Dionne Warwick !!

Diego_Sideburns
I can't wait for diego's post about democratically chosen one. Enough about Obama! Following on from Mouldy Old Dough, as the team starts to line up in preparation for the kick-off, turn the PA up to max and, instead of 'Let's get ready to grumble', play this by Bon Jovi: Faith: you know you're gonna live thru the rain Lord you got to keep the faith Now you know is not too late Oh you got to keep the faith Faith: don't let your love turn to hate Right now we got to Keep the faith Keep the faith Keep the faith Lord we got to keep the faith

andy_b_100
Two tribes ... by FGTH ...... now that would sound fabulous on the PA
TheBigDog
Two tribes ... by FGTH ...... now that would sound fabulous on the PA Agree with most of the songs listed in this thread; what I would like to see (and hear) is a gradual build up to the start of the match with a few decent songs ending with a final one that heralds the arrival of the two teams - a song that is uplifting and gets the crowd going - a la Muse 'Hysteria' or similar
edhunteruk
Enough about Obama! Diego_Sideburns
No matter what songs/tunes are suggested, unless the PA system is improved, it will all fall on deaf ears! In the Chaddy End toilets the sound is perfect, but that's no use to the players and how many of us are going to go in there to get excited (if you pardon the expession) by the music? longtimeblue
Two tribes ... by FGTH ...... now that would sound fabulous on the PA think we used to come out to that second half at some point, as well as boys are back in town - embarassing on a december tuesday night against Grimsby
