I am looking around to buy a new computer. I am not going to go to PC World, would rather buy it in bits than in one piece, can get my own spec then!

In the past i have used Planet Micro (Failsworth) Scan (Bolton) and Bowlers (Saturdays aka northern computer markets).

Wondering if anyone knows any cheaper or better places than the above. Scan seems to be the best for me so far...

For components, ebuyer, dabs, misco and tekheads are worth a try.
