Personally the first out would be Eardley and gregan,eardley because he is utter gash,a blind man would provide better distribution.Gregan is an arrogant so and so and IMO he has been one of the major problems as far as team spirit is concerned,added to that hes becoming slower and slower. Personally i would have flogged taylor as i think he is so overrated its laughable. The rest are average at best and i include smalley and hazell in that.
