Joe Royle resigns..

...himself to what lots of us resigned ourselves to after the Bristol game - we are gash and we are not going up.

Even if Joe managed to persuade Mourinho, Taggart, Shankly and Busby to join his backroom staff we would not be able to get that shower currently playing in Blue at BP to perform to their best ability.

How has it gone so wrong....up until Xmas the football was generally pretty good...nice flowing, passing, attack-minded stuff, but since it's been an absolute crock of :censored:.

Actually it started goin off prior to Xmas, but youre right. Something as caused this bunch of players to go completely off radar. We are a poor side that cannot string together a decent attack, we lack punch and don't flow. Other sides (even the poorer ones) seem to close us down easilly whilst we have to stand off them.

Well before. My uncle pointed out something pretty simple that I hadn't thought about, before today's game. Take out the first six games and we've been a mid-table side, results-wise, all season.

we looked so promising in all departments, then bristol rovers and swindon away where absolute shocking performances in quick succession, since then theres been no consistency just glimpses of good football, weve got a good fixture list remaining which makes it still possible to turn things around, although as per usual,we will need to rely on other results...other than that rochdale here they come!!
