oafcprozac Posted August 9, 2009 Posted August 9, 2009 I thought was good, not too many numpties around in the Chaddy and the atmopshere was one of encouragement. Let's keep it up! Quote
garcon Posted August 9, 2009 Posted August 9, 2009 Thought it was good too. Helped by some noisy County fans. Credit to 'em, given the state their club's in! The random cry of "We want Shez back!" in the Chaddy with about ten minutes to go helped on the humour side of things... Quote
johnny punkster Posted August 9, 2009 Posted August 9, 2009 The random cry of "We want Shez back!" in the Chaddy with about ten minutes to go helped on the humour side of things... are you sure it was humour,or could they have been for real...? Quote
garcon Posted August 9, 2009 Posted August 9, 2009 I suspect they might have been for real, but that's not how the rest of us took it! Quote

The random cry of "We want Shez back!" in the Chaddy with about ten minutes to go helped on the humour side of things... the young kids singing sheridans blue and white army made me chuckle in the RRE end, it was also good that we were allowed to stand all game without being pestered every two minutes by being told to sit down. leeslover Posted August 9, 2009 Posted August 9, 2009 Can us Chaddy Enders have a competition where one of us gets to bum someone from the crowd? Let's run a sweepstake. I hope I get Leezy. He's married with children mate, personally I find it a bit disrespectful. Quote

Lookers_Carl Posted August 9, 2009 Posted August 9, 2009 I thought was good, not too many numpties around in the Chaddy and the atmopshere was one of encouragement. Let's keep it up! Main stand upper, white block, right near the back, a few of em getting on the players backs and at one point chanting "what a load of rubbish" Dont know how much longer I'm gonna be able to put up with that..... and we are only 1 game in Quote
cmr Posted August 9, 2009 Posted August 9, 2009 Sitting in the Chaddy the atmosphere is none existant. Demolishing the Lookers and moving fans over to the RRE has killed the place by splitting the fans. I really think we dropped a bollock knocking down the lookers stand when plans for the new ground weren't 100% no matter how badly the lookers was decaying. Why couldn't the paddock seats be left there? Doesn't make any sense to me. Sometimes you have to think who is actually making these decisions? Quote

" oi get the foot down!" then the best one in the 2nd half ...... when the right back lost the ball .... " bloody smalley again!!" it makes me wonder how quick eardley packed his bags and got the hell up the motorway ... i bet he couldn't wait! Quote
cmr Posted August 9, 2009 Posted August 9, 2009 Was the lookers decaying any more than what the current main stand is? Well thats the only excuse given so...... Cambridge had their stand knocked down and replaced by advertising boards when they realised they couldn't afford a new one. Thought that was a joke and people must be thinking the same about our club now. 2 years at least we will be in that dive..... and what do we have to look forward to..... moving to failsworth..... not sure which id prefer atm. Latics Lady Posted August 9, 2009 Posted August 9, 2009 I thought the 2nd half atmos was better, once the players gave us a game to watch, and I think there is some definite early promise there. And I LOVED Chaddy playing the cymbals with the band - thanks for that Wayne, cheered me up and took my mind off my aches and pains. Quote
Break The Silence Posted August 9, 2009 Posted August 9, 2009 I have to admit that I missed Shez hurling abuse at Eardley for 90 minutes........... Quote
