Guest FyldeBlue Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 My contact at the DWP tells me that his confidant at DEFRA told him that due to the possibility of some form of virally infestation around the Lancaster Park grounds, the building site has to be cleared of all - leeks, carrots, turnips, pototoes, cabbages, runner beans, peas and so on, before the area can be prepared for the delivery of 350.000 tons building sand. Blackpool F.C. have announced their sincere apologies for allowing this confidential information regarding the transfer details of their recent signing Neil Eardley to leak into the media. They have also promised under the present circumstances, to make arrangements for OAFC to have a lifelong FREE supply of Donkey dung for the allotment holders at Lancaster Park, as a special concession for the inconvenience caused to them by having this great pile delivered before due date ! Oh well Quote
