leeslover
There are a number of people, ranging from old timers to random American birds who can be filed under, "handy," who have posted videos that appeal in some instances to Latics fans current or lapsed, in others to the general football world. See if you can get these people to work with you on viral campaigns specific to the initiatives you are pushing.

wardlelatic
Increase programme sales and the number of people who park at the club car park ! Sell programmes at the gates, £4 a programme with FREE parking Increases the number of programmes the club sells therefore increasing the advertising cost the club can charge for the space inside the programme with increased readership. opinions4u
Anyone remember "Road Miles"? Could certainly build on the Team Card idea with this. Indeed, why do we charge £10 up front for a Team Card? Scrap the charge to encourage use!

Diego_Sideburns
How about a saving if tickets are bought for two home games at the same time, like the Walsall Link-Up Offer? http://www.saddlers.co.uk/page/News/0,,10428~1767758,00.html
underdog
Dear guy We have sponsored a player this year and have received so far...drum roll, - the invoice only. It would have been nice to have received some encouraging marketing material via email preferred as it is greener and cheaper or even, letter etc such as: Possible box offers on match days or events up and coming updates on our players progress Offers for ST holders as well as I don't know the benefits really. Special family days as we have just started taking our son and nephews - buy one get one free ticket Big posters near the food/drink kiosks advertising anything. Other suggestions, maybe work with the local schools/colleges more. Free tickets for attendance, prize nights, achievements. Better PA system so we can hear whats coming up Many thanks for listening
Lookers_Carl
Season Tickets -Discount for renewals as opposed to new tickets -Free home shirt with every season ticket -Negotiate discounts with local companies for season tickets Matchday Tickets - As has been said before, the option of five or ten game tickets Paint the Town Blue!!!!!! At the moment we have ZERO presence in Oldham town centre. As said above, would be nice to start seeing Latics badges/next game on billboards/players in schools. opinions4u
Nicking an idea from Preston: "all servicemen and women are entitled to a free ticket for the Coca-Cola Championship clash against Nigel Clough's Rams on Tuesday 9th December, 7.45pm kick-off." Could be extended to health, council etc I suppose - perhaps 1,000 free tickets a game on this basis?
