oafcprozac Posted August 25, 2010 Author Posted August 25, 2010 Huddersfield are two nil down in less than 15 minutes at Goodison... Gay Farmers lost 5-1, all them strikers and they played one up front and still got battered. Quote
rudemedic Posted August 25, 2010 Posted August 25, 2010 The competition we are already out of having lost to a poor Championship side. The fact they played Everton will have made them a bundle too. Quote

opinions4u Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 9 goals conceded in 2 games. I think I saw a Sky Sports banner fly past the bottom of my TV screen saying they'd signed another striker. Quote

They'll be lucky to get £100k - not to be sniffed it but when you look at what they're paying for the grossly over-rated and well past Alan Lee it's peanuts to Dean Hoyle. rudemedic Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Please be more of a killjoy.... I was warning Prozac of the down-side to Schadenfreude. Hudds are very likely to finish above us this season, and they have a realistic chance of going up. We on the other hand have money problems and whilst he hasn't been missed yet had to sell our best striker from last season for tuppance to get him off the wage bill. Laughing at the fact Hudds got smashed at Everton in a competition we are already out of makes me feel karmically uneasy. Quote

Us and about 18 other League One clubs, Huddersfield won't go up unless they sign a couple of quality defenders, they're pisspoor at the back and if Uncle Dean pulls out they'll be fecked. They're doing what we did under Moore but x10, I can't wait until the :censored:e hits the fan there, because it will... Quote

The fact that Hudds beat us in the next round is merely a statistic... Quote
