rudemedic Posted September 13, 2010 Share Posted September 13, 2010 They say its over a 50% "derby" price hike but I would take that with a pinch of salt, they are the away team after all. So if you could think of a reason to boycott your biggest rivals wouldn't you (see various posts in another thread about not taking a million to go watch our biggest rivals). Not to mention Schalke have splashed the cash in a major way over the summer with both Huntelaar and Raul arriving. Their own manager jokes that for his fans to boycott the game in order to not fund Huntelaar is a good thing.
