Have done in the past, Latics programmes usually sell for peanuts especially anything from the last 40 years. Even the big games. The only Latics programmes that sell for anything decent are pre-war and anything pre-60s. But like any football memorabilia, it is only worth what someone will pay for it, the rarer the better.
