Ackey
I'm in London... is there a plan?
24hoursfromtulsehill
A detailed one, as always.
leeslover
I'm up for it, should a plan emerge... Think it should be somewhere reasonably central given the early kick off, but no Sports Cafe of a weekend.
24hoursfromtulsehill
LL - you know London bars better than me. Where d'ye reckon? Victoria area? Jugged Hare?
leeslover
LL - you know London bars better than me. Where d'ye reckon? Victoria area? Jugged Hare? Not many with Sky showing round there. The Strutton Arms off Victoria Street would show it, not the flashiest pub but cheap and cheerful. Dunno if anywhere London Brideish would have it? Dunno if anywhere London Brideish would have it? If you're meeting around London Bridge, I reckon either of the following would be showing it: http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/s/14/14422/Horseshoe_Inn/London_Bridge (Take no notice of the reviews....). http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/s/10/1072/Old_Kings_Head/Borough
24hoursfromtulsehill
I favour the King's Head. I'll ring to check it's open on Monday and showing the big game.

michaelf
I've got an eye infection so i'll have to watch it at home now. I've got sky sports anyway. I could be wearing sunglasses at wycombe! That works for me if it's on
Crusoe
I might be able to make this. 12.45 kick off, right?
Ackey
That sports bar place in Victoria Station should have it on, no?
leeslover
That sports bar place in Victoria Station should have it on, no? I've not been in there to actually watch sport, it's more of an expensive place to eat burgers. Proper pub would be better I think. Where are you stopping? leeslover
Good skills on my part to hold the introductions until Crusoe threw my flat pint of lager over me and bought me a nice one. The years of ninja training weren't wasted.
