disjointed
Well done to all concerned, I was trying my hardest to get it going in Main Stand Paddock..............................it ain't easy! There are times when being among the "chavs" in the RRE has its benefits. Today was one, it has to be one of the best atmospheres for a long time, it felt as though we can get the team out of this so lets do it. Topped Liverpool (too nervy), topped Forest (utter surprise), today was for the team. We did notice the main stand giving it a go, what you need is a drum! GuyGermanLatic
RRE looked and sounded superb tonight. Everton brought out a few songs but the 20 minute long singing from Latics was just worth every penny. get it going in Main Stand If you succeed you take SC's place. One day, one day... Oh Heck C-Beck
Personally think we should always give the away fans the big section of the rre and get our lot in the small section it always leads to a great atmosphere! The chaddy was excellent too joined in everything lost my voice!!!

rudemedic
Well done to all concerned, I was trying my hardest to get it going in Main Stand Paddock..............................it ain't easy! That was (one of) the best atmospheres in the main stand in my memory. Aided by quite a few people from other stands and those who perhaps don't go to every game. Oh and a bar. rudemedic
Unfortunaley my section of the main stand doesn't have such luxuries! Magic Coke and/or a hip flask is the solution.
flytrap
Excellent today, kept the Chaddy End on their toes. Great escape was brilliant.
dave_ragg1984
RRE was cracking today. I sit in the Chaddy, and when the end went a bit flat, it always picked up again seeing that the RRE was still rocking. Great atmosphere.
KYLEOAFC
One of the best atmospheres in the last 20 years easy! The rocky today did wonders for the players and club with many tweets from around the world it came across really well on tv even the mrs was texting me as I was in the chaddy lol. 6pm KO with people most prob in the pub same time as a 3pm KO helped a bit I think lol. Delphlatic
The RRE was rocking second half Great Escape just went on and on. The end twenty minutes in ground and we drew unbelievable atmosphere.
slystallone
One of the best atmospheres I can remember in a long, long time. To get the Great Escape going, and staying going in MSP, was an unexpected joy. Top game. Top atmosphere. Top work everyone. Days like yesterday are what its all about! NewBlue
Against Everton we will take more than the RRE can even hold. The 1000 in the small section were immense so lets make the extra 4500 at Goodison count and be the loudest away fans they've ever had. We've seen how much it helps the team and they're going to need as much help as possible at Goodison! (Just a note that whoever the guy is who does the Zigga Zagga you could literally hear him shouting in on tele which was my favourite chant all game!) jimsleftfoot
Not sure if I can go to Everton, but I had flu in 08, felt like crap, downed several pints and didn't stop singing all match..... Then was dead for a week.
Yard Dog
Special night. At one point whilst bouncing to the great escape in the RRE I had a lump in my throat - never got emotional like that a game before.

Lewis
New member here. I was in the small section. Absolutely loved it. One of the best atmospheres I have been to. The other one was against Everton at their ground Oh by the way my video of the singing is here : Edited February 17, 2013 by Lewis
Rocky_Latic
Think the Chaddy - RRE debate has been settled for these cup games. yesterday was something else. Singing in the ground twenty minutes after full time. Pubs after the game were bouncing.
bossrocks
The acoustics of the stand are so much better. Is it time for the Chaddy vs RRE debate again, in terms of relocating away fans to the Chaddy?
Lewis
What are the best pubs to go to after the game? I was thinking rifle range but I didn't go.
Rocky_Latic
Grey mare was full of Oldham fans singing all night.
Lukers1
What are the best pubs to go to after the game? I was thinking rifle range but I didn't go. The Trapp Inn up near the civic is a good pub, stella, bud, John Smiths, Guiness, all on draft.
