Dear all

Apologies for the lateness I had missed placed the notes and just found them. Please find below the player share committee notes from 05.12.12 at the Junction Inn

Attendees: Janet, Chris, Mike, Rick and Tracy

Apologies: Pete, Will, Barry, Ian and Craig

1) Money: Player share has aprox £5k in the account as of December 1st donations.

2) Membership: Is down on this time last year

3) Player share Christmas party planned at the Junction inn on Sunday 16th December. Leaflets to be made and handed out at Dec' home game and posters too to promote it. Well done to the people who are volunteering to organise this and Mike for the use of the pub. Possible Chaddy the Owl to attend for the kids etc

4) Fund raiser: Chris Hill has suggested a pool tournament via various pubs. Suggestions pubs are: Gardiners Rest, Junction Inn, White Hart, Rife Range, Greyhound. This would be a one off fund booster and probably to run at the end of the season - TBA

5) Extra funding: Janet suggested we approach the supporters association. This is no longer in operation and there might be surplus funds that they may wish to donate to player share. Mike has volunteered to contact Jeff Vernon with this suggestion. Both would have to announce this is a possibility before the transfer in case their are any objections from either side - TBA

6) Promotion of playershare: Rick has suggested we approach the club with regards to putting up boards so we can promote/update fans on playershare. One maybe in the main stand, the second in the Chaddy end - TBA

7) Next meeting: March?

Thanks

Tracy
