Zorrro
Temperatures are set to PLUMMET to 9 degrees Celsius on Saturday, so even if the sun is present it's unlikely it'll be sufficiently warm to send poor Josh into a sunstroke-induced stupor. jsslatic
I think I might just surprise you. I've been working really hard on my drinking.
leeslover
What do I win when I make it through the whole night? My female friend can't make it, so it might not be what you were hoping for. I'll take the half 8 to quarter to 9 slot.
latic12345
I'm going to go for 2100-2115 (I think we should take 15 minute slots) as that will be post-booze, pre-club time... most likely in Nandos Erm.... Meat Liquor. Surely?!? Few tins for the queue... Can I have the 23.46-00.00 slot? He'll make it past midnight and then I definitely win. He managed it at Everton. It's a shocking site but he did make it

24hoursfromtulsehill
Pissy lager is one thing, but the Meat Liquor cocktail menu is quite another. Special coke could also be a big factor.
Ackey
Meat Liquor, which I :censored:ing love (!!) is a bit of a big ask on a day like Saturday... queue will be an hour or more...!
jsslatic
Just googled it. Looks brilliant. Let's do it.
Zorrro
I'm with Acks on this. It'll be :censored:ing murder trying to get in, especially if there's at least half a dozen of us. Deffo not currying at London Bridge again, I'll tell you that for nothing.

Deffo not currying at London Bridge again, I'll tell you that for nothing. Loads of options in Soho. If we were organised, we could book a table (Meat and Liquor probably won't take a booking for fewer than eight), but we are where we are. We're walking around Soho pissed in an ever-dwindling group looking for someone to give us food, pushing a shopping trolley with JSS crashed out in it. Crusoe
Bodean's? Wahaca? Mind you, you could be queueing a while.
JoshOWTB
Bodean's? Wahaca? Mind you, you could be queueing a while. Love Wahaca... The one at Stratford is always much quieter than the ones in central London, plus stratfords closer to the ground.

The one at Stratford is always much quieter than the ones in central London, plus stratfords closer to the ground. Yeah but Stratford's a :censored:hole and you walk miles from the station to where you want to be, through the most insidious retail area in England and possibly the world. Stratford out. KFC near the Coach and Horses has got to be in the frame, and someone must know somewhere in Chinatown that isn't disgusting.
jorvik_latic
Wong Kei IS disgusting but I love it there...
Zorrro
I'm getting quite uncomfortable here. This feels far too much like planning for my liking.
24hoursfromtulsehill
I'm getting quite uncomfortable here. This feels far too much like planning for my liking. It's well in line with OASIS planning rules though. OASIS Planning Rule No. 1 Any fresh plan or revision to an existing plan must make things more difficult and/or uncertain. 24hoursfromtulsehill
Wong Kei IS disgusting but I love it there... Wiki page (its own page doesn't work) says it's famous for the rudeness of its staff. Most Chineses in Chinatown have a reputation for rudeness. Let's see what they've got. Are you out in town Saturday night then Jorvick?
jorvik_latic
Very rude staff! We're staying down there but certainly not planning anything, far too organised... It will probably be like last time. Coach and Horses until full of booze.
Markoasis
Yeah, looks like I'll either get there later or head straight to Orient, turns out my free pass isn't an all day one. Why the Coach and Horses? The Birkbeck is miles better. Went in since a few weeks ago, the pub changed hands and just didn't seem the same!! Great beer garden but to far from ground to be honest

Markoasis
They are two cracking pubs in Leytonstone now that maybe worth a shout after the game and a wetherspoons up the round for those wanting to eat
24hoursfromtulsehill
It's halal chicken only and no thigh now! I can get a hot rocks meal (or whatever it's called). After I've eaten, we can put JSS in it and carry him to town.
