Armchair Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 ... Seriously? We suspend a player without pay in controversial circumstances and two games later we're spreading his picture across our website like he's our poster boy? Well done Latics. Quote
WIZZO83 Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 I have just seen this and came on to say the same thing. OAFC you have just let yourself and all the fans that pay good money to this club!! :censored:ing idiots Quote
Armchair Posted December 15, 2013 Author Posted December 15, 2013 They changed the images (which is good). Originally both the front page and the article photo were pictures of Montano. Quote
KYLEOAFC Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 (edited) Well that does any potential legal argument that he tarnished the clubs reputation (if Guilty) a world of good when we continue to use him on our official media page! Seriously the past few days I have witnessed some incredible unprofessionalism and inept practices from the club from the website to the club shop! Am I surprised...not really. Lukers1 Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 Kyle I do quite a bit of mystery shopping for some very well known companies. Likes of Mercedes, Ford, IVECO, Peugeot to supermarkets, trains, franchise shops etc.... The club shop is simply one of the strangest places you can visit. I have given up after several visits with a couldn't care less attitude re customer service. I respect/believe as been told some are volunteers however for what end? To meet the players? I was interested in buying three bench coats (as liked the Rochdale ones) but gave up Its run like a charity shop without the smile. Some might disagree but you can only go off own experience. The exact words. "If its out we have got it. If we havent dont think we have." Whilst texting away.... Felt it was a waste of a journey. Easy to be critical but when trying to support the club its not made easy at times. The links sums it up 9 days from Christmas. http://www.wearelatics.co.uk/training-leisurewear/unisex.aspx and again http://www.wearelatics.co.uk/souveneirs/kids-and-babies.aspx then1 item http://www.wearelatics.co.uk/training-leisurewear/kids-and-babies.aspx WHY have the pages set up if not used? Its the old story the shop cant sell stock it hasnt got but after a while you look elsewhere at alternatives. Serves you right for being a mystery shopper. Quote
