mikejh45 Posted August 31, 2014 Share Posted August 31, 2014 Just watching Spurs v Liverpool and saw what was an awful penalty decision given Liverpool's way. Dier puts a hand on Allen's chest and he clearly dived as he could have stayed on his feet because there was not enough pressure to force him over.
