Before anybody starts - there were stupid faults on both sides of the law, it was just a fifteen dollar road violation (passenger seat belt) for :censored:s sake - thing is, the police already pulled a firearm on him. Those kids are going to be messed up for a long, long time.

'You're going to come out of the car one way or another. You want your kids to see you come out through the window?'

Wow. That's actually pretty shocking.

Then I saw it's from Indiana, and really shouldn't have been that shocked.

Both officers involved already have cases pending for Excessive Force.

The phone footage is pretty damming evidence though; I don't see how either of them will be able to keep their jobs after that; and rightly so.

I frequent a predominantly US orientated website where these things get posted a lot - I can't for the life of me find it but there's an article from a US paper out there about how these officers who get sacked for this stuff most often get paid off handsomely or even remain on the payroll despite not being on the force.

The system is really quite appallingly flawed for the most part, at least from my reading.

There's a few councils up and down the country who have a habit of doing nothing about some of their negligent employees too.

Does the passenger say they pulled the guns when the bloke went to retrieve his documents? Sounds like the Feds weren't backing down from there regardless. Unbelievable to put the window through like that when there was no risk

Dirty pig :censored:ers.

Here they are earlier this week unlawfully breaking and entering a man's home after he had refused them access and which they had no arrest warrant for the man or search warrant for the premises. You hear them taking his granddaughter as the mother pleads with them.

They're fùcking muck.

:censored:ing hell.

"Can I see your license please?"

*guy reaches to get his license*

Cop shoots him.

Sounded like he missed him more than he shot him, I'd fire him for that from that distance.

Amazing how it doesn't happen in this country isn't it. Oh right it's because our cops don't expect people to carry guns because it isn't legal to do so. That dude was lucky, there will be a good number of Americans, and their families who won't be so lucky. #guncontrol.

Are they actually breaking the door down and taking a child away just because they are bored? Struggling to believe that.

It's because he's a freelance writer who exposes lies of the mainstream media, the usually term is "truther" or "conspiracy theory nut". He's stirred up the authorities quite a bit with his articles.

Now they're fitting him up with possession of child pornography, which is funny because he's wrote dozens of articles aiming to expose paedophilia in a lot of our institutions. What's even funnier is they arrested him and took his computer, but ignored other devices like his phone, a laptop, media cards, etc. One of the images they questioned him about was a picture of what looks like young girls in purple body suits.....it turns out it was artwork for a Led Zepplin album!

He's wrote an article about it although it's quite long

Still, without an arrest or search warrant, they shouldn't be breaking into the property if he's not allowed them entry into his home.

[quote name="PlayItLivo" post="735288" He's stirred up the authorities quite a bit with his articles.

He almost certainly hasn't. Taking kids away illegally to frustrate the recycling of bong-induced :censored:e on the Internet is going to be far more trouble than it's worth. If they've broken rules they need dealing with of course but I'm open to there being more to it than he mentions.
