leeslover
Super off peak returns are £15. Problem sorted. Shall we say the 12.37 out from Victoria, reduces time there but gives fallback options for anyone doing a Scoltock?

24hoursfromtulsehill
All day Gillingham pub crawl? Could be a go-er. Let's meet in London and see if we can find a way to Gillingham over a few pints somewhere.

24hoursfromtulsehill
Soho or no Soho. That is the question. To be fair, Dulwich Hamlet is walking distance for me, near a Zone 2 mainline station for everyone else, has several good pubs surrounding it and a bar in the ground, plus good local wine shops if you can't be bothered with the queue in the clubhouse, quality free-range frankfurters for half-time eats, served with sauerkraut and burn-your-eyebrows mustard, and they're always at home and often win games. For me, Saturdays could be so much better if Evans signs.
Ackey
Balls to that - if Evans signs I'm going to Bodeans for a plate of meat the size of my head and then to Chandos for the cheap beers!

It's just a few small steps to realising that football tends to ruin Saturday afternoons full of other possibilities.
