Importing contacts to iPhone

Help me, brothers, sisters.

 

I need to import about 100 phone numbers and e-mail addresses into my iPhone. I have a list of them in a spreadsheet. Can I create some sort of data file in iTunes and do it that way?

 

I can get a monkey to do it the long way, but I'm getting massive points if I can work out a shorter way.

1. Create a CSV file of the contacts;

3. Export the contacts from Gmail as a vCard (see https://support.google.com/mail/answer/24911?hl=en);
