The headings on the top are Overview/Filing History/Officers/Charges Select Charges. There are 2 unsatisfied-1 BrassBank Ltd from 2nd December 2015 2 Necarcu Ltd from 28th December 2015. It seems that we now owe money or at least have a potential liability to a Company not controlled by TTA. All of this information is in the public domain Please see this post from ChaddySmoker... As in we should trust the trust and not the man on the payroll.... If we could trust the money men and the people on the payroll we wouldn't need a trust... They are based in Liverpool, and the original Directors of Necarcu are a couple of Solicitors, who are brothers. Their company is Middletons. Michael Middleton resigned in March 2015 before our laon was given. THeir capital was £100 as recently as Nov 2015. Our charge went on in dec 2015. Obviously the terms of this charge are unknown, though the statement could indicate some sort of bridging loan. What interest , if any is unknown, though keeping an eye on Middletons have a nunber of not disimilar companies created for a loan, or reverse takeover.
