Stagger Lee
MOTM (sort of) Peter Shirtliff / Shez If we can continue with these clean sheet performances maybe we only have to score one goal to win a game. For a team second from bottom of the league we are no easy beats.

Hank Kingsley
Are we giving them a head start? Seeing as they've averaged 2 goals a game in their last 6 away matches I'm thinking they may well score on Saturday.

Hank Kingsley
How were Wigan averaging for goals before Saturday? 9 in their last 6 games away from home, which is the relevant stat as far as the Gillingham game is concerned.

That's not relevant at all. They scored 12 in their previous 4 home league games then they played us there and couldn't score.

Yea but we're at home Saturday and the onus will be on us to take the game to them, not that it's worked all season mind. I just think we'll need to score more than one that's all. NewBlue
Lafferty or Palmer. Went for Lafferty for that brilliant clearance off the line, and providing perhaps the best shot of the night, but Palmer dictated play from midfield at times.
