Hardest - we've not had many proper hard men have we? Doug Hidgson, Gregan?



Best Dribbler - before my time but Groves? Chris Taylor was alright.



Best Tackler - Milligan? Henry?



Best Defensive Positioning/Anticipation - Jobson? Gregan? Clarke must be up there too.



Best Forward Positioning/Anticipation - Palmer



Best Passer - I imagine a lot of older fans will say Bobby Johnstone. Sheridan or Wellens for me.



Best Free Kick Taker - Eyres in my time. Imagine a lot will say Maurice Whittle.



Best Corner Taker - Neil Pointon



Biggest Heart - Duxbury?



Best Leader - Gregan in my time.



Best Penalty Taker - Liddell



Best scorer of spectacular goals - Baxter recently, Ritchie got a few, Holden scored after a few mazy runs, as did Eyres, also volleys... Eyres?

I seem to remember a few from my youth but also a few finished from rebounds because of the power.

 

Tbh I don't remember Eyres scoring that many? Holden surely scored more.

 

Is it just goals scored from free kicks because all 3 had unbelievable delivery as did Liddell and Adams.

Surely the fastest defender was also the fastest striker. Warhurst, although did someone not say Marshall was quicker which would still apply to both.

 

If someone could head a ball harder than Fryatt I have yet to see him.
