Difficult circumstances !!, I've seen matches saved from postponement in the past after frozen pitches by using straw and braziers, or is that not hi tech enough these days? Seriously if this is proven to be the groundsman's incompetence then he deserves a serious reprimand if not the boot. We are hand to mouth and because of him the hand is empty this week.
