Difficult to imagine how the "cup" could be more devalued but the lack of commitment from the so-called big boys is...notable. If you pay for it like Ex_pat, you lose all credibility. His league position this season (when he literally can't afford what they're asking for) tells you everything you need to know. You must have changed it after you made the deal with the referee. Well he kept his side of the bargain, by giving 2 penalties. Ripley's integrity obviously put him above any offer, and that saw me through. So I have managed to top a league table yet again this year.
