However all become mute if we do enter administration.....oh well.

Explain please Tracy

If the company or club, does cease to exist then the share holding ceases too. Both are linked.

Jorvik is right that the Trust still exists as a company in its own right however IMO, serious discussion would be needed on what it would exist for?

KOW has quite rightly corrected my spelling of Moot....sorry

Cheers

Moot rather than  mute.  If we go into admin and if we come out the other side then it will be a different company (OAFC 2020 Ltd or similar).  The shareholding will therefore cease to exist as will the rights that go with it.

The Trust has been mute. Look at the quality of the PTB response (Tracy is excluded from that comment).

The trust is nothing short of pointless,(no offence Tracy), and the least of our problems.

But it should not be.  It works in other clubs like Grimsby.

IMO as guardians Trust should be safeguarding the club and ensuring the club is being run in a fit and proper manner and following good governance.

However, the Trust board rely on a monthly report from the Trust Rep to ensure this is happening and share holders rights as per the Company act 2006, like our right to see FULL accounts.

I really wanted the new ownership 2 years ago to be a fresh start.  We heard all the words, "wanting to work with", "leave a legacy for supporters via the club" and For the Trust to morph into something that would be more engaging with fans but we have been back on watch again.

But you are right, now is not the time to debate the Trust....now is the time for us all to pull together and use all our resources/contacts we all have. Both Trust and PTB are members of the FSA, Trust already put us on the radar with the EFL a the end of last year.

What a bloody mess......
