Mansfield after Eoin Doyle

I can't see that happening. Swindon are sure to offer him another contract I should think and Wellens will turn up at his house with the message boards again.

Borthwick-Jackson released by Man Utd. Along with the other released players, offered financial support until end of Aug and offered to use training facilities for pre season

True.

Reminds me of my dear departed mum saying ‘Good manners cost nothing’.

Then again my dad used to say ‘There’s no such thing as a free meal’.

And my uncle used to say ‘You get what you pay for’

is it any wonder that I’m confused?

My Grandad used to say, "just as good, isn't" and "it'll do, won't". I don't think it had any football connotations when he came up with them.

And don't do owt for nowt - unless it's for theeself.

Wonder whether the treatment they get off the EFL will be closer to what Bolton got, or what Bury got.

It feels to me a bit like they're fairly sure they can pick up enough points in their last few games to avoid the drop, and avoid an admin penalty next season

Didn't Joe Royle end up there with his son as chairman at some time?

They are both listed as directors on the website

Oh dear

However I have just seen this on a FB page about our HMRCwind up order being dismissed as paid. Good news if true
