Heres my take... Australia: With the exception of "Rake", maybe "Janet King" and "Have you been paying attention", the best thing that I can say about Australian Television is thank God for Netflix! If they are not cooking shit, building shit, singing shit or marrying shit, it doesnt get aired. There are 22 million people in Australia and only 6 actors. One night they are somebody's daughter, the next they are somebody's sister. Australia definitely got the shallow end of the talent pool. However, they did manage to stabilise the chlorine levels when they shipped, sorry craned Rebel Wilson out to Hollywood. I will take any small mercy offered.
