When he took over Macclesfield had 10 points from 19 games. Macclesfield finished with 44 points from 46 games. That means Sol Campbell's Macclesfield got 34 points from 27 games. That works out as 58 (rounded up) points over a 46 game season. We got 62 points, 58 points would have put Macclesfield in 16th. Sorry didn't make myself clear Shez got more points per game.
