Ryan 396
Might be worth following Salford City on companies house - you’ll get an instant update as soon as he resigns as a director (which presumably he’ll be legally required to do). wogghead1 47
Il take Scholes if Nicky butt comes as a coach. Not overly excited by Scholes on his own but butt as a coach would be a good un.
Markspark92 69
Scholes would be huge for the club especially if Nicky Butt is his assistant good reputation at United as youth manager, I’d be amazed if we’d managed to pull that off, Id be happy with a Scholes/Wild team
PlayItLivo 947
Got told today that Scholes had got it. Not an awful appointment if it comes with some good signings before the windows ends.

latics22 422
1/20 isn’t a done deal, when they stop accepting bets it becomes a done deal. If he is manger hats of to AL and closing it from another country! The crazy thing is he could walk into most championship jobs, he must genuinely want the job! He must be bat shit crazy ( could be a good thing)
latics22 422
Can still get 10-1 on sky bet? Seems strange ???

fleetwood Blue 180
He must be fucking mad to join our circus but thats almost certain odds now: Paul Scholes 1/20 Pete Wild 10/1 John Askey 18/1 Peter Clarke 22/
Midsblue 905
Alan Nixon laughed it off a few seconds ago on Twitter. Wouldn’t put 10p on it apparently. 1/20 is mad odds and normally reflecting the bookies knowing something Scholes doesn’t strike me as an idiot and doesn’t need this job so AL must have convinced him somehow that the job is worth it. Either that or he’s seen his pals take managers jobs, fancies a stab and knows it’s a no lose situation as he can blame AL if it goes sour. He could easily get a coaching job at United even he he relegated us
