Cider_John_BCFC Posted January 21, 2008 Share Posted January 21, 2008 Its a rumour thats been going around for a while but the concensus at our end seems to be hes signing for you on loan. Probably with a recall option cos if Marvin elliot got injured, wed be royally f*****d. He's a defensive type of midfielder and altho hes regularly on the bench for us he rarely gets on. Struggled a bit last season as well, but has done ok in this when hes had a chance. Will be a good signing for you. At league one level he will do well and a few clubs have been after him - doncaster, orient and you guys. That is when it fall's flat as we dont need a "Defensive Midfielder" we are in the hunt for a more attacking Midfielder the Wellens , Kilkenny type who we need to replace. Welcome to the Brizzle massive! Just to add - seen Skuse play quite a few times... he is a better ball player than anything we have at the moment in the midfield... he battered us when Brizzle beat us 3-0 last year.... in my book he is better than both Allott and Koala... and any player who improves our team - no matter where they play.. is good for me! As is saidm, wont win the amtch on his own - but in comparison to JP he looks a world beater (he can pass 5 yards anyway ) Cheers Cider John - Lets hope he help us beat the Gas in a couple of weeks!
