the_mighty_bosh
With Wheater in I'd say we have a passable first XI with a 4-2-3-1: Woods Mills Wheater Stott Iacovitti Missilou Sylla Branger Maouche Nepomuceno Wilson The areas of concern for me are Branger, who has shown some ability but nowhere near enough. Up front where I like the look of Wilson but not convinced that he's the type of player who will succeed up front on his own (funnily enough I think he would do OK alongside O'Grady or a similar type of striker). Depth where the only player that I'd say is definitely good enough outside of the first XI is Hamer. Iacovitti's an interesting one, he's been slated by a lot of people on here but I thought he looked OK in the games I saw him play last season. But compared to where we were before the Wheater signing I'm far less worried. It's a real shot in the arm.

Squad numbers TBC. Ashley Smith-Brown apparently. Argyle-supporting mate says that he's fairly decent, gets forward very well but isn't great at tracking back. LightDN123
Sign the left back and the defence suddenly looks good. Midfield have all played in the league and together before so that will surely help. Could do with a better CM than Sylla. Then upfront we need someone to come in (Lang)
yarddog73
That selection of forward is fucking dreadful, why waste half a dozen wages when you could have one or two decent strikers backed up with loanees.

It works. It's just that we aren't doing it right haha

Crusoe
Updated squad list with McHale (the loans etc were already updated). Leaving Coke and O'Grady on the list until they are announced as leaving. Or, more likely, we read about them signing for someone else.

On crowds of just over 3000, 33 players is a lot!
