I might be in the minority here given some of the comments I have read but last night I was actually quite encouraged.   I went to the game feeling as low as ever going to a Latics game. Saw

Bore off. Everytime something happens that means nothing, we'll just bear in mind your pretend outrage to save you typing. Give you more time to chase the dragon then. Win win

FFS some on here love to moan even when we win......   Lets give the team we put out some credit....8 changes from Saturday...a few of competitive debuts... we won the game...scored 3 goals.

This wouldn’t have been allowed in Bert Lister’s day...

True, it would have been at 2pm on a Tuesday afternoon with 13,000 in attendance.😁

So nobody had a job ? Sounds like real good times 😳🤣🤣

Your Grandad will tell you, half day closing, full employment. Probably introduced you to watching Latics like I'm doing now with my grandson - some things we can't be forgiven for. He's rebelling against me and turning to Man United.

Could probably get away with not using all the floodlights with a 7pm kick off. Clever...

Probably the Liverpool kids will have to be in bed by 10pm.

Ours will be asleep on the pitch.

Banide on our new LB and the team in general ahead of tomorrow’s match:

“He’s been training well and I have a good feeling with him. He’s a good guy and he’s happy to be here. We need to help him to strengthen the team and feel good.

“It’s our job and for the moment it’s important to work well with everybody and try to prepare for the game with serenity and concentration.”

‘Serenity and concentration’ ... not quite ‘Keep the Faith’ but it could catch on...👀

Might aswell be a friendly for me this. Not interested in the slightest, haven't been interested since they allowed these Premier League youth teams in this competition, and won't be interested until they are removed. Probably won't even keep an eye on the result if I'm honest

To say you pay no interest in the clubs academy and new signings that will be on show tonight, well that's a real shame for the future of the club with that type of supporter mindset

If Liverpool U21's replace us in the League, our interest will be worthless.

We agreed to let the Prem U21's into this comp for 100k, how much do you think it will take to allow Prem U21's into the League?

Watching the Checkatrade is no indicator of superfan level.
