Agree they had great attitude, but wouldn't call them representative of the majority. And certainly not representative of the short term loans we've had from the top clubs, which is what we'd end up with under a feeder club setup. Its positive news if it has been. Was it not about £600K? Would this not mean that that the "owner" acknowledges that the 2016 lease is true and not the peppercorn rent one they have been threatening all this legal stuff over?
