Bookies have us 13/10 for the win

They've beaten Cheltenham, Southend and Port Vale, and been tonked 0-5 at home to Cambridge.

They also beat us comfortably 1-0 in the EFL Cup.

My guess for the starting 11:

Lawlor

Jombati, Hamer, Piergianni, Barnett

McCalmont, Garrity, Whelan, Fage

Bahamboula

McAleny

Hope I am wrong on the selection, and that Dearnley and Rowe get a look in.

Harry Kewell has been dealt a tough hand by the owners. And that has to be taken into account when looking at the dreadful start and performances we have seen in the league so far.   However

I thought that we played three at the back against Doncaster 🤔

If we go with the same formation, namely 3-4-3 then I’d go with:

Lawlor

Hamer, Jombati, Piergianni

Fage, Bahamboula, Whelan, Barnett

McEleny, Rowe, Dearnley

It would be a brave move to pick that front three so possibly we will see Garrity or Grant replacing one of them.

I've thought that a few times this season. Maybe it's how we shuffle across in possession? Maybe it's a three, it's good that it's not so static.

Seems like Kewell hasn't a clue what his starting XI is, changes every week. Why is Rowe on the bench again? Either he's clueless or he thinks he's the tinkerman Ranieri.

..or another reason........
