kowenicki
Tough times in hospitality. It may be a technicality, but its the second time in 12 months that a compulsory strike off has been posted on Companies house for Oldham Event Centre Ltd. Last accounts March 2018. https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/09484918/filing-history As most people should know, its still Blitz, Gazal and Kocerhan. lookersstandandy
No sympathy. He (Blitz) should sell the OEC and the land for a reasonable going rate price.

Monty Burns
Blitz has probably got a massive garage full of used cars. He buys them, uses them for a couple of years then puts them in auto trader for a higher price than he paid brand new. Every now and then he looks at them puzzled and mutters about financial crashes. I think he knows what it's worth..... but if he hangs on, he might get change to yield a greater value - than it's true resale value - from building houses over the whole plot. Unless in the meantime some idiot is willing to part with £6m+ for it. Strangling the life out of us he is.
