Yep ... when he had legs

According to Wiki, he only ever scored 12 goals in England for one team between 1993-95, the rest of his career spent north of the rabid anti-English border.....?

We only played them 3 times (Wanky Wanderers) during that period, once in the FA Cup Q/F, when a division above them and twice in the League the year after, he didn't score in any of those games from my memory.....?

Lloyd Owusu?

Nah, think it was another fella. Usually on as sub.

I might be thinking of another player for another team... possibly another sport, even.

My memory must be playing tricks on me - I only remember playing Bolton 3 times whilst Coyle was there (the cup game and the two 94/95 games). Didn't recall Coyle scoring in any of those, but may be wrong...

Clearly not a goal scorer but remember Owain Fon Williams having a cracking game in goal against us a few times.

When it comes to keepers the main man against us has to be Mr T. Lee.

Who played against us for Chesterfield, may have played for us at some point in the tin pot trophy and saved pretty much everything over 2 legs

Played against us 9 times, conceding 8.

Beat us four times out of four in the tinpot trophy

Never beat us in the league though.

Martin Taylor for Wycombe and before that Derby always had a blinder in goal against us.

Eric Nixon of Tranmere always seemed to give world class performance against us.

As did John Keely.

Then we signed him.

Then it all went to shit.

Leighton James

Burnley always seemed to get the better of us if memory serves me correctly. Steve Kindon was another thorn in our side too, I think.
