The names are hilarious, closest we got here was Jimmy Hill wanting to change Coventry City to Coventry Talbot. The Wankdorf stadium is so named because it is in the Wankdorf area of Bern, so very similar origins to our own Boundary Park. Graz’s stadium used to be named after Arnie because he’s from there. Then after some controversy involving a death row prisoner, when he was Governor of California, there was some debate in Graz about renaming stuff named after him, including the football stadium. Arnie ended the debate himself by refusing Sturm Graz the right to use his name.
the_mighty_bosh 1,258
We could call it the Jim Radcliffe Arena to get his attention? Failing that, the Jeff Bezos Arena?

Famed for their Cider, ‘The Dickens Cider Stadium’. Might attract more female supporters!

Reminds me of the 70's literature student when being asked what they thought of Dickens replied "I don't know I've not been to one yet !" ................sorry.

Lee Sinnott2 82
It probably isn't financially viable, but it would be great if we could call it Maggie's Centre Boundary Park or something similar to help support a local charity at this time...
